Council of Intellectual Security Scholars in African and International Universities
In response to the growing need to promote intellectual security as a cornerstone for societal stability and the development of academic and human consciousness in Africa and around the world—and in affirmation of the role of universities in generating knowledge and safeguarding minds against extremism, radicalism, and ideological deviations— The Council of Intellectual Security Scholars in African and International Universities (CISSAIU) was established as a pioneering academic diplomatic initiative, under diplomatic document No. 00136/ANC/2021. It was founded through the intellectual leadership of Egyptian thinker Yasser Al-Karmani, in strategic partnership with the Embassy of the Republic of Niger in Cairo and Al-Wefaq International University, accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Technological Innovation of the Republic of Niger. The Council aims to build cross-border intellectual bridges based on academic and diplomatic cooperation, through a distinguished elite of scholars, thinkers, and specialized academics. It is committed to instilling the values of moderation, developing intellectual security curricula, promoting civilizational dialogue, and serving the cause of social peace—within a framework of mutual respect and intellectual and cultural sovereignty.
It is an independent scientific and intellectual body with an international academic character. It is dedicated to promoting the culture of intellectual security and confronting manifestations of deviation, extremism, and ideological radicalism through research, training, and coordination efforts, in collaboration with universities, scientific institutions, intellectual bodies, and diplomatic entities within and beyond the African continent.
To establish the Council as a leading intellectual reference in promoting academic and societal intellectual security, and in shaping a free and enlightened human consciousness that contributes to building balanced and intellectually secure societies.

We are the accredited Egyptian training center Under License No.: NQI T/347/476 Issued by the National Institute for Quality and the Egyptian General Authority for Standardization and Quality in the Arab Republic of Egypt, And according to Ministerial Resolution No. 347 of 2010. The center works in partnership with cooperating and donor authorities, with the aim of providing accredited training and qualification programs in the fields of: Management - Quality - Occupational Health and Safety - Environment, And according to the highest national and international standards.
